Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using DietPilot (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide software that generates personalised nutrition and fitness information, lets coaches and gyms manage clients, and offers related tools. Features and pricing may change over time.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful or harmful content; impersonating others; attempting to breach security; or using it to provide medical advice you are not qualified to give. Coaches and gyms are responsible for their own clients and the advice they give them.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Member limits apply per plan.

6. Your content & data

You keep ownership of the content and client data you add. You grant us a licence to process it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload any client information or photos.

7. No guarantees

Results vary from person to person. We don't guarantee any specific health, weight or fitness outcome. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any health outcome arising from your use of the information provided. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that breach them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Information you give us — such as your name, email, phone number, and the health and goal details you enter to generate a plan (age, weight, height, activity, dietary preferences, and optional logs like weigh-ins, photos and blood-sugar readings). For coaches/gyms, the client details you add.

How we use it

To generate your plan, run your account, provide the dashboard and (with your consent) send you emails such as your plan and occasional tips. Health information is sensitive — we use it only to provide the Service.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the Service (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payments) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law. If your coach/gym added you, they can see the data relevant to coaching you.

Marketing & unsubscribe

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. Essential service messages (like account or billing notices) may still be sent.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us to make a request. You can also delete client records from the dashboard.

Cookies

We use essential cookies/storage to run the app and remember your session and referral source. We aim to keep tracking minimal.

Data security & retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed to provide the Service or as the law requires.

Partner Terms

Partners earn a recurring commission on paid subscriptions from customers they refer, tracked via their unique link (60-day cookie). You must promote honestly — no spam, no fake reviews, no misleading health or income claims. We may withhold commissions or close accounts for fraudulent or abusive activity. Commissions are paid monthly once the minimum payout threshold is met.
