Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

Kochi, starting with Kakkanad, Edappally, Palarivattom and Kaloor, and growing. Delivery depends on the distance from the restaurant to the pin you set on the map. If you're too far for a restaurant's delivery, checkout will say so and offer pickup.

Delivery times

• Now: the restaurant accepts, prepares (usually 20–30 minutes) and the rider brings it. Your tracking page shows each step.
• At a time you pick: choose a 30-minute slot for today or tomorrow, within the restaurant's opening hours. We aim to deliver within 15 minutes of your slot.
• Meal plans: each meal arrives at the time you chose for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Traffic, rain and busy kitchens can cause delays. We'll keep your tracking page updated, and you can call the rider from it.

Who delivers

Either the restaurant's own delivery staff, a verified MunchPies rider, or a delivery partner through ProRouting (ONDC network). Riders are independent partners who carry ID, and their documents are verified by MunchPies.

Delivery fees

The checkout shows the delivery fee before you pay. When the restaurant delivers itself, it sets the fee. When MunchPies arranges the rider, the fee depends on distance. Pickup has no delivery fee.

At your door

• Make sure your phone is reachable and the map pin is at your door.
• The rider will ask for the 4-digit delivery code shown on your tracking screen. Only share it once you have your food.
• All orders are paid online. Never pay a rider in cash.
• If you can't be reached after the rider arrives and tries to call you, the order may be marked undeliverable (see our Refund Policy).

Pickup

Choose Pickup at checkout, and collect your order from the restaurant at the time shown. Tell them your order number.
